American Heist. The whole thing comes from director
Sarik Andreasyan, and is inspired by an actual heist committed in 1953. That should be interesting, right?
The movie is a remake of
Steve McQueen‘s film
St. Louis Bank Robbery which tells the story of two brothers with checkered pasts, one struggling on the road to normalcy, the other just released from prison.
The rest of the story goes like this:
Their lives intertwine when one drags the other into an ill-fated bank robbery spearheaded by a gang of dangerous criminals, testing the loyalty of their sibling bond and how far they will go for greed and family.
Beside Brewster and Brody,
American Heist also stars
Hayden Christensen and
Akon, and the good thing is that the movie is now filming in New Orleans, which means that we'll soon have more updates to share.
