Bradley Cooper to Produce and Possibly Star in AMERICAN SNIPER
Bradley Cooper is quite busy guy these days. All of the sudden The Hangover star is attached to produce an upcoming adaptation of the autobiography of Navy SEAL Chris Kyle, entitled American Sniper.
The good thing is that Cooper could also star in the whole thing. This project is set up at Warner Bros. so I guess that it's going to be some serious action on the big screen. I mean, this has to be an action movie, right?
Jason Dean Hall is already on board to write the script, based on Kyle's book American Sniper: The Autobiography of the Most Lethal Sniper in U.S. Military History.
According to THR, the book reveals how Texas native Kyle came to record the highest number of sniper kills for an American.
They also add that the book has been praised for its frankness in telling a first-person account of a warrior who shoots from far and close distances.
Well, one thing is for sure guys, it would definitely be interesting to watch Cooper in this kind of role. I mean – no rom-com this time, thank God, let's see him with a sniper instead!
And, as we mentioned at the beginning, Cooper will be producing the movie with WB under his 22nd & Indiana banner, together with Hall, who will serve as an executive producer.
Any thoughts so far? Let us know and stay tuned for more!
