There's more cast on the way – Emma Roberts and indie darling Ari Graynor have joined the cast of relationship dramedy Celeste and Jesse Forever. Chris Messina is also joining the cast that includes Rashida Jones and Andy Samberg.
Jones also co-wrote the script with Will McCormack and the flick will be directed by Lee Toland Krieger. The film originally had Seth Gordon (King of Kong) on board to direct.
Okay than, the story turns around a young, recently-divorced couple (Rashida Jones and Andy Samberg) who decide to remain living together as they try to remain friends while seeing other people. Emma Roberts will play a young starlet who hires Rashida Jones' Celeste to try and fix her image. Chris Messina will portray a friend of Celeste who tries to help her recover from past love relation with Jesse, and Ari Graynor is acting Celeste's best friend who doesn't like her current coexisting arrangement.
Well… what else can be said other than this project has been on deck for a while, but lack of funding and then found it again.
Roberts recently toplined Scream 4 and will soon be seen alongside Freddie Highmore in Fox Searchlight's teen dramaThe Art of Getting By.
Messina previous starred in the M. Night Shyamalan latest produced film Devil and can currently be seen in drama An Invisible Sign. He next stars in Par's Like Crazy along Felicity Jones and the rom-com The Giant Mechanical Man.
