When you think of air traffic controllers, you might envision a high-stakes job full of stress and responsibility. But in Charlie Tango, this profession is merely the backdrop for a riveting story of corruption, greed, and betrayal. Directed by Canadian filmmaker Simon Boisvert, Charlie Tango is set to make its mark as a thrilling indie gem that you won't want to miss.

The Plot Thickens
The film centers around Kim (Stacie Mistysyn), a suspended air traffic controller who is grappling with the aftermath of a tragic plane crash under her watch. Seeking an escape from her guilt and a fresh start, Kim is lured into a web of financial fraud by her secret lover, Charlie (David La Haye), who promises lucrative real estate deals. However, as the plot unravels, her husband Jeff, a diligent police officer, begins to suspect that Charlie is involved in a major embezzlement scheme. The tension escalates as Kim finds herself caught between love, loyalty, and a dangerous game of deceit.

Stacie Mistysyn delivers a compelling portrayal of Kim, a woman on the edge, while Bruce Dinsmore and Diana Lewis round out the cast with strong supporting roles. The film's atmosphere is heightened by the original score from Oliver Palotai, the keyboardist for the band Kamelot, adding a haunting layer to the suspense.
