Tom Cruise looking great in this completely new image from his upcoming Oblivion movie! As usual, you’ll find the full image in the rest of this report, and I will once again remind you that we’re talking about Joseph Kosinski‘s sci-fi action adventure which is set to open this April. Earth is a memory worth fighting for, don’t you think?
So, Kosinski directs the movie from a script written by Karl Gajdusek and Michael Debruyn, and the whole thing is actually based on on the Radical Comics graphic novel of the same name.
The movie centers on a soldier named Jack Harper, who learns there’s more to the battle-ravaged planet that he’s been assigned to patrol when he discovers another being living amongst the ruins.
Starring Tom Cruise, Morgan Freeman, Olga Kurylenko, Andrea Riseborough, Nikolaj Coster-Waldau and Melissa Leo, Oblivion is set to open on April 19th, 2013.
Jack Harper is one of the last few drone repairmen stationed on Earth. Part of a massive operation to extract vital resources after decades of war with a terrifying threat known as the Scavs, Jack’s mission is nearly complete. Living in and patrolling the breathtaking skies from thousands of feet above, his soaring existence is brought crashing down when he rescues a beautiful stranger from a downed spacecraft. Her arrival triggers a chain of events that forces him to question everything he knows and puts the fate of humanity in his hands.
