Drake to Join Eva Green in Arbitrage?
Here's an interesting casting news! The Young Money rapper, Drake, is in talks to star in Arbitrage, an upcoming Nicholas Jarecki‘s indie-financial-industry drama, alongside Susan Sarandon and Eva Green.
Unfortunately, according to the latest reports, Al Pacino, originally cast in the film, no longer is attached to the project.
So, at this moment still no word on who will be taking over Pacino's role, but we do know that Susan Sarandon and Eva Green will play the roles of the wife and the main character's mistress.
As for Drake, it's still unknown what role he'll play, although it's believed “he'll not be there for a Young Money cameo appearance, belting out hip hop lyrics.”
Let us remind you that Drake's previous film credit include a minor role in 2007's Charlie Bartlett.
The movie follows a hedge fund magnate who is in over his head and desperate to complete the sale of his shady trading empire to a major bank before his fraud is revealed.
However, an unexpected, bloody error forces him to turn to the most unlikely corner for help in protecting him from rivals who want to bring him down.
Arbitrage is currently scheduled to begin shooting this March in New York.
