The face of LGBT America, Ellen DeGeneres will return to host the Oscars for a second time. One of America's most well-known comedians previously served as emcee during the 2007 ceremony.
DeGeneres announced the news Friday morning on Twitter:

She is beloved everywhere and we expect that the audience at the Dolby Theatre, and in homes around the globe, will be as excited by this news as we are.Seth MacFarlane already said back in May that there's no way he could host the show again – his satirical musical number ‘We Saw Your Boobs' some saw as offensive to women.
