Dan Rosen directed the whole thing from a script he co-wrote with Dave Gibbs, which centers on a group of friends who find their luxurious lifestyle threatened when the rock star they freeload off decides to sell his home.

A group of slackers living for free in a rock star’s mansion suddenly find their lives on easy street threatened when the musician decides to sell his pad. To stop the sale, the gang comes up with a series of ludicrous and hilarious schemes to insure the house never sells.
Beside Olivia Munn and Josh Lawson, Freeloaders also star Dave Foley, Jane Seymour, Nat Faxon, Denise Richards, Zoe Boyle, Clifton Collins Jr., Kevin Sussman, Warren Hutchinson and Brit Morgan.
The movie is available now on VOD, and then it opens in limited theaters next month.
