Don’t Let Go: Alfonso Cuaron’s GRAVITY Reveals New Poster

GRAVITY Horrific, beautiful, frightening (space) experience – that's what Alfonso Cuaron‘s upcoming Gravity is all about. In case you've missed those awesome trailers for the movie, we definitely recommend you to check it out here and here, and then head inside to take a better look at this fresh don't let go poster! Cuaron's (great-looking but very odd) film is set to open the 70th Venice International Film Festival this August, and in case you forgot – the movie is then set to hit theaters on October 4th, 2013. It stars George Clooney and Sandra Bullock as two surviving astronauts in a damaged space shuttle. In other words, Bullock plays medical engineer Dr. Ryan Stone, and she's on her first Space Shuttle mission. Clooney, on the other hand, plays a veteran astronaut Matt Kowalsky who is commanding his final expedition.
On a seemingly routine spacewalk, disaster strikes. The shuttle is destroyed, leaving Stone and Kowalsky completely alone–tethered to nothing but each other and spiraling out into the blackness. The deafening silence tells them they have lost any link to Earth…and any chance for rescue. As fear turns to panic, every gulp of air eats away at what little oxygen is left. But the only way home may be to go further out into the terrifying expanse of space.
Looks promising, hope you agree? GRAVITY Poster
