We already shared the official trailer for James Wan‘s Insidious: Chapter 2, you also had a chance to check out the very first poster and pics from the whole thing, and now… well, time for us to add a brand new motion poster to our little gallery! Head inside to take another look at Rose Byrne, who is (once again) on board as Renai Lambert…
So, as you already know, Wan directed the sequel to 2011’s Insidious from a script written by Leigh Whannell, which revolves around the haunted Lambert family as they seek to uncover the mysterious childhood secret that has left them dangerously connected to the spirit world.
The original cast is back, and beside Byrne, includes Patrick Wilson, Lin Shaye, Barbara Hershey and Ty Simpkins.
For those who may have missed it, here’s the official synopsis:
The Lambert family, now fully reunited, stay at their grandmother’s home for the vacation, believing that their hauntings were over. However, as frightening events occur, including a mysterious voice that whispers on the baby monitor, a smiling woman in a white dress, and voices in the hall, they begin to try to ward off a malicious poltergeist, now beginning to inhabit Josh’s body.
Insidious: Chapter 2 is set to hit theaters on September 13th, 2013.
