It’s Official: Hugh Jackman Is In X-MEN: DAYS OF FUTURE PAST!
Hugh Jackman is officially on board for the upcoming X-Men: Days Of Future Past! And this update comes straight from director Bryan Singer who shared the lucky news via his Twitter account. So, Jackman will join the cast which already includes some great names – Ian McKellen, Patrick Stewart, James McAvoy, Jennifer Lawrence, Michael Fassbender and Nicholas Hoult.
And, director Singer definitely sounds excited about the whole thing:

More to come…As you already know, the upcoming movie will be based on a popular storyline in the Marvel Comics comic book The Uncanny X-Men issues #141 and #142, published in 1981, which deals with a dystopian alternative future in which mutants are incarcerated in internment camps. Simon Kinberg who co-wrote X-Men: The Last Stand and co-produced X-Men: First Class will write the sequel. X-Men: Days of Future Past is set to open on July 18th, 2014. Stay tuned for more!
