Pulp Fiction screenwriter Avary was the one who really slowly reviving his career after he had been sentenced to a year behind bars for a 2009 vehicular manslaughter.
(Brother’s Keeper) wrote the screenplay based on a story by Michael B. Chait
. Avary is already doing a rewrite on the script described as a Duel style in which Cusack’s going to star as ‘a work-absorbed charter pilot flying home to his family who must escape a sudden attack by a heavily armed MiG fighter jet after finding a mysterious briefcase in his plane.
