John Cusack To Topline Action-Thriller AIRSPACE
John Cusack's career has been hampered, but his agent has been working pretty hard and the last two days the actor signed up for Stephen King's Cell' and financial world drama Due Process.
Additionally, Cusack puts his name on another movie, Airspace, an aerial action-thriller that has Roger Avary attached to direct.
Pulp Fiction screenwriter Avary was the one who really slowly reviving his career after he had been sentenced to a year behind bars for a 2009 vehicular manslaughter.
Briana Hartman (Brother's Keeper) wrote the screenplay based on a story by Michael B. Chait. Avary is already doing a rewrite on the script described as a Duel style in which Cusack's going to star as ‘a work-absorbed charter pilot flying home to his family who must escape a sudden attack by a heavily armed MiG fighter jet after finding a mysterious briefcase in his plane.
