Natalie Portman
Natalie Portman Here's the short story on the top 10 investment-worthy actors. Forbes has published their annual list of the actors whose movies offer the highest returns for their hefty paychecks and Natalie Portman has taken the top spot. Forbes Logo   Academy Award winner Portman provides about $42.70 at the box office for every dollar she's paid thanks to the success of films like Black Swan, which made over $300 million in theaters, or to put it another way, the film grossed 25 times its $13 million budget. Kristen Stewart nabbed the No. 2 spot, retuning $40.60 for every dollar she earned and trailing behind her is Shia LaBeouf, followed by her Twilight co-stars Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner. On the other end of the list — calculated by taking the lead actor's salary for an individual film and averaging it against the amount of money that title makes is Eddie Murphy. He gets the dishonor of being the most overpaid actor by the same metrics, making just $2.30 for every buck he's paid. Katherine Heigl placed second, returning $3.40 for every $1 paid, while Reese Witherspoon came in third with $3.90 returned for every $1 paid — Forbes analyzed data from the last three films each actor starred in over the last three years. Head inside for the top 10 Hollywood's most bankable bros and babes, courtesy of Forbes: 1. Natalie Portman ($42.70) 2. Kristen Stewart ($40.60) 3. Shia LaBeouf ($35.80) 4. Robert Pattinson ($31.70) 5. Daniel Radcliffe ($30.50) 6. Taylor Lautner ($29.50) 7. Bradley Cooper ($25) 8. Dwayne Johnson ($22.70) 9. Amy Adams ($22.60) 10.
