Nicholas Galitzine, who has made waves with roles in Cinderella and the recent Red, White & Royal Blue, is set to star in the highly anticipated film adaptation of Isabel Greenberg's fantasy romance graphic novel 100 Nights of Hero. With its roots in the legendary One Thousand and One Nights, the film promises to be a visually rich, emotionally charged journey—perfect for both fantasy lovers and romance fans alike.
The 2016 novel is beloved for its feminist take on storytelling, magic, and romance, with its central plot revolving around two women, Cherry and Hero, who share a forbidden love in a patriarchal society. In this adaptation, Galitzine steps into the role of Manfred, the conniving antagonist. The plot follows Cherry's husband, Jerome, who makes a cruel wager with Manfred: If Manfred can seduce Cherry in 100 nights, he will win Jerome's castle and wife. Little do they know that Cherry and Hero have a secret plan, with Hero distracting Manfred by weaving compelling stories each night.
