Following the first trailer for Darren Aronofsky’s sweeping biblical story of Noah, Paramount Pictures has released a new international trailer for the film.
A newly-unveiled international preview of the movie offers the extra footage of the beginning of the flood along with some new bits of footage that sprinkled in to hold everything together.
Aronofsky’s visionary epic, which he co-wrote alongside Ari Handel and John Logan, stars Russell Crowe as the titular character, a man chosen by God for a great task before an apocalyptic flood destroys the world. Jennifer Connelly, Saoirse Ronan, Douglas Booth, Logan Lerman, Emma Watson, Ray Winstone, Anthony Hopkins, Kevin Durand and Mark Margolis co-stars.
The epic film already rubbed test audiences from different religious backgrounds the wrong way, not least of all because Noah is portrayed as being a nature-loving hippie.
You can catch Crowe and crew counting the animals two-by-two when the rains come on March 28th, 2014.
