Today we have selected 11 wallpapers of Steven Spielberg and Peter Jackson's much anticipated animated adaptation of The Adventures of Tintin movie, based on the series of books The Adventures of Tintin by Hergé.
The “Tintin” screenplay was written by Edgar Wright and Steven Moffat of “Scott Pilgrim vs. The World” and “Doctor Who” fame, bringing some enormous geek cred to an already fan-friendly project.
Starring Jamie Bell (Billy Elliot, Defiance) as Tintin, the intrepid young reporter whose relentless pursuit of a good story thrusts him into a world of high adventure, and Daniel Craig (Quantum of Solace, Defiance) as the nefarious Red Rackham.
In addition to the aforementioned actors, the film stars Nick Frost as Thomson and Simon Pegg as Inspector Thompson, Toby Jones as Silk, Mackenzie Crook as Ernie, Tony Curran as Lt. Delcourt, Cary Elwes as a pilot and Gad Elmaleh as Ben Salaad.
The Adventures of Tintin sails into 2D and 3D theaters around the U.S. on December 23rd, 2011.
