It’s finally here – the very first teaser trailer for
Ridley Scott‘s upcoming
The Counselor, which (as you already know) has fantastic cast on board. It’s not like you’re going to understand what they’re talking about (read: it’s Russian teaser), but one thing is for sure – the whole thing looks promising!
Ridley Scott directs this thriller from a script written by
Cormac McCarthy, which revolves around an upstanding lawyer who finds himself in over his head when he gets involved in drug trafficking.
In other words,
Michael Fassbender plays that clean-nosed attorney who:
…devises a “fail-safe” scheme that involves a rich acquaintance with criminal ties, where the two will personally offload $20 million of cocaine from across the Mexican border, with assistance from a shady fellow who knows his way around the biz.
Beside Fassbender (who, by the way, looks
awesome in that suit!), the movie also stars
Javier Bardem,
Brad Pitt,
Penelope Cruz,
Cameron Diaz,
Dean Norris,
John Leguizamo and
Natalie Dormer.
The Counselor is already set to hit theaters on October 25th, 2013, which means that we’ll soon have more updates to share.
