Andrew Niccol‘s upcoming film adaptation of Stephenie Meyer‘s novel The Host is set to open in two months, but you probably already know that, right? Ok then, let’s get straight to the point with this report, and share the latest posters and one completely new banner for the whole thing. We think it’s a pretty cool look at the leading cast, hope you’ll like it, too!
Written and directed by Andrew Niccol, the movie will tell us what it looks like when parasitic aliens aka Souls possess the minds of humans. Definitely sounds spooky, don’t you think?
What sounds great is that The Host has an awesome cast on board, which includes Saoirse Ronan, Max Irons, Jake Abel, Diane Kruger, William Hurt and Frances Fisher, & the movie is set to open on March 29th, 2013.
The Host is a riveting story about the survival of love and the human spirit in a time of war. Our world has been invaded by an unseen enemy. Humans become hosts for these invaders, their minds taken over while their bodies remain intact. Most of humanity has succumbed.
