Nothing spectacular about this brand new poster for The Secret Life of Walter Mitty, just Ben Stiller walking in the air. I’m sure you’re already familiar with this adventure comedy (if not – check out the very first trailer for the whole thing) which will transport us in a world of fantasies filled with heroism, romance and action, right? Good, now head inside to take a better look at this day-dreamer.
Stiller directs the movie from a script written by Steve Conrad, but the whole thing is actually the second adaptation of James Thurber‘s short story of the same name which revolves around an office worker who lives inside fantasy worlds.
There, he gets to live an adventurous life while romancing his co-worker sets off a global journey to fix things when both of their jobs are threatened.
Beside Stiller who plays Walter Mitty, the rest of the cast includes Kristen Wiig as his love interest, Adam Scott as his boss, Patton Oswalt, Sean Penn and Shirley MacLaine.
The Secret Life of Walter Mitty is set to hit theaters on December 25th, 2013.
