I must say that I find this new TV spot very exciting, and hey – don’t share the secret but I’m a huge Disney fan, so yes, I’m ready for March 9th, 2012 when this movie finally comes to our theaters!
Andrew Stanton is behind the project which centers on Taylor Kitsch as former military captain John Carter who gets transported to Mars where he becomes reluctantly embroiled in a conflict of epic proportions amongst the inhabitants of the planet, including Tars Tarkas (Willem Dafoe) and the captivating Princess Dejah Thoris (Lynn Collins).
In a world on the brink of collapse, Carter rediscovers his humanity when he realizes that the survival of Barsoom and its people rests in his hands.
The rest of the John Carter cast includes Samantha Morton, Mark Strong, Ciaran Hinds, Dominic West, James Purefoy, Daryl Sabara, Polly Walker, Bryan Cranston and Thomas Hayden Church.
