TRANSFORMERS 2 Robots and New Photos Revealed!

Allan Ford April 25, 2013 54 comments
Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen photo Yahoo and USA Today have revealed new photos and full list of robots that will appear in Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen. Paramount Pictures claiming that it's a full list of all the robots that will appear in the movie. Michael Bay has already confirmed that Megatron will be in the “Transformers 2.” So why isn't he on the list? AUTOBOTS Jetfire: As in the original, this fighter plane crash-landed on Earth a long time ago, and he will become a reformed Decepticon now fighting for the humans. His alternate form is the SR-71 Blackbird, the outdated but still-sleek Cold War spy plane. “He's old, craggy, forgetful … doesn't work very well. Can't transform very well, because he's very geriatric. They get stuck with him a lot,” Bay says. “He knows the plan of the bad guys, but he forgets all the good parts of the plan.” New recruits: Sideswipe, a candy-apple red Lamborghini in the original, joins the cast this time as General Motor's silver Corvette Stingray concept car. Jolt is a new foot soldier, played in four-wheel form by the Volt, a forthcoming Chevy hybrid plug-in. Two of GM's other concept cars (the Trax and Beat) play The Twins, nicknamed Skids and Mudflap. “Some of the junior Transformers are just dumb,” Bay says with a laugh. “But it's great for kids because they're like the Little Engine That Could. They're (screw)-ups, but they get really heroic at the end.” For the gals: Arcee is the only female and turns up as Megan Fox's hot-pink motorcycle. Co-screenwriters Alex Kurtzman and Roberto Orci say she was in an early draft of the first movie. “But we felt we needed to win the audience over before asking for that suspension of disbelief: a feminine alien robot,” Kurtzman says. Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen list of robots DECEPTICONS The title character: The Fallen is an ancient robot, sort of the Transformers' version of Lucifer. He's one of the original robot aliens, and his defiance and arrogance led to his banishment into another dimension. The screenwriters say that The Fallen holds the key to life on both Earth and Cybertron, the Transformers' home planet. Other troublemakers: A smaller, but no less malevolent Decepticon is known as The Doctor – a spider-like droid that transforms into various implements of torture and has a not-so-nice encounter with star Shia LaBeouf. Then there's a giant one called Demolishor, and another tinier one with the sportier name of Wheelie. Sideways is a simple courier who avoids combat and hides behind his larger Decepticons. Sideways' alternate mode is silver Audi R8 Constructicons: These seven robots – Scavenger, Scrapper, Hightower, Longhaul, Rampage, Overload and Mixmaster – transform into construction machinery, but also link up with one another to form one gigantic robot stomper named Devastator.

Set a year after the end of the hit 2007 “Transformers”, “Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen” follows Sam Witwicky and Mikaela Banes as they become the target of attack by Decepticons because of Sam's knowledge about the origins of the Transformers. Shia LaBeouf, Megan Fox, Josh Duhamel, Tyrese Gibson and John Turturro are returning to the sequel with Isabel Lucas as well as Rainn Wilson joining the cast. Paramount is unleashing “Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen” in both IMAX and regular theaters on June 24th this summer. The last time you see Barricade is speeding into the final battle in the city and that's it. You don't see him fight. I noticed this the first time I saw it opening day. And I knew they were going to bring the Constructicons in next. But Bonecrusher was killed!?! and the tank was named Devastator! REMEMBER?????? Am I the only one who noticed? The toys of the tank were called Brawl. The Allspark is almost gone, Megatron is supposed to be Dead and he comes back, three Decepticons are just standing over him. The pressure was supposed to "crush and entomb them." Jazz didn't survive, the Twins!?! And then you have Sideswipe in there??? That's it for now.

Good for you to noticed the lapses of this Movie Transformers 2. Event Shia was disappointed. Megatron should’ve been seen on the last part of the movie with his fingers moving to let the audience know that he is alive and will be kicking Autobots butt on the third sequel. But Michael Bay let him live in Trans 2 which made the movie too much head villains and redundant characters flying in on the scene all of the sudden. You can actually see some robots in resemblance like the Constructicons united, while bumblebee was fighting same constructicons and an one on one fight who looked like Devastator. Damn bullshit really more than meets the eye! And all Megan Fox did in this sequel was just runnin’ her ass all over shia, no roles to play. And really what happened to Barricade?!? What now Michael Gay? Is Unicron gonna destroy the earth on the 3rd sequel already? Take it easy Man! Strike the HEART of the audience, not the EYES! Don’t get too excited!

There was a character in the first film also named Devastator- the tank that would never go down, the one Jazz jumped on top of to knock off his guns and was like, “C’mon decepticon punk” and it got back up again. It was soon taken down with a combined effort from the autobots and army.
Why would Bay make 2 Devastators?

Micheal Bay and Who ever Wrote these fuckin movies, did NOT watch G-1 Transformers, they do NOT know any of the characters cept 5 basic ones, who they cant get right as it is….

OK IM HERE TO HELP ALL THE CONFUSED PEOPLE OUT. THE TANK IN THE FIRST MOVIE NAMED DEVESTATOR WAS SUPPOSED TO BE NAMED BRAWL.HE WAS MISTAKENLY NAMED DEVESTATOR. MEGATRON DID DIE IN FIRST MOVIE AND WAS RESURRECTED AND MADE A “TACTICAL RETREAT AT THE END OF TRANSFORMERS 2. SIDE WAYS IS A DECEPTICON!!! IF U WATCHES THE ORIGANAL SHOW HE IS. THEY CHANGED SIDE SWIPES CAR BECAUSE OF HOW IT WOULD LOOK IN THE MOVIE, HE WAS A RED LAMBORGHINNI AND WAS CHANGED TO A SILVER GM CORVETTE. BLACKOUT IS DEAD THE HELICOPTER THAT LOOKS LIKE HIM IS NAMED GRINDOR HE HAS A LIGHTER COLOR AND A DIFFERENT HEAD CONCEPT. BARRACADE DISAPPERENCE IS STILL UNKOWN.

Barricade was killed by Ironhide in the final battle in the city. Ironhide says “Look out!” and then picks up Barricade (in car form) and slams him down, smashing him to pieces. Blackout then transforms and flies overhead.

I just saw it. Bonecrusher survived, when all the decepticons mobilize at Megatrons request, u see bonecrusher driving. Barricade didn’t survive, u see him driving to the last battle, and that’s it. Starscream transformed into Jet form and flew off at the end of the frist one. The tank was named devastator, and he didn’t survive either. SIDEWAYS IS NOT BARRICADE. Sideways is hardly in the movie at all. Only about 5 minutes, sideswipe cuts him in half. Megatron “supposedly” died, but the remaining decepticons go to the bottom of the ocean where he is and remobilizes him. In Transformers 2, Sideswipe was supposed to be a red lamborghini, but they tried to tune it up a bit and brought him as a Corvette Stingray Concept. IDK why, pretty confusing to me. BONECRUSHER DID NOT DIE, HE IS SEEN MOVING IN TRUCK FORM WHEN MEGATRON SAID MOBILIZE IN THE 2ND MOVIE.
