Today we have two new promotional images (without the stupid watermark) of Spider-Man from “
The Amazing Spider-Man” movie, thanks to
Uruloki blog.
However,
SuperHeroHype spoke with Sony Pictures about the images, and they confirmed that they are simply style guide material for their promotional partners, and they should not be considered official images for the upcoming film.
Editor's Comment: Many have been talking about these two new images and concern has come about with my term of “new look.” When I meant the costume does appear to have a new look, I was referring to how the costume appears to have a more fabric appearance than rubbery look. Also, changes in the shoes from silver to a red and blue design are far more similar to the comic books. I hope this clears up any and all confusion and hope this didn't upset many of our readers.
