Watch: New Trailer For JOHN DIES AT THE END
To build your anticipation even further, the latest trailer has been released for Don Coscarelli’s big-screen adaptation of John Dies at the End. The full trailer has been released giving you a little more insight into the madness of the Coscarelli’s new horror-fantasy.
Written and directed by Bubba Ho-Tep creator, from the novel written by Cracked.com’s editor David Wong, John Dies at the End stars Paul Giamatti, Chase Williamson as David, Rob Meyers as John, Doug Jones, and Clancy Brown, who plays a badass Russian paranormal psychic named Dr. Albert Marconi.
Magnet Releasing will release it on VOD first, beginning December 27th, 2012, followed by a limited theatrical release, January 25th, 2013 and then Blu-ray/DVD. Audacious trans-genre horror flick made its premiere at Sundance earlier this year.

Paul Giamatti plays Arnie, a shadowy figure investigating a street drug known as Soy Sauce. Promising an out-of-body experience with each hit, Soy Sauce causes users to drift across time and dimensions. But some who come back are no longer human. Suddenly a silent otherworldly invasion is underway, and mankind needs a hero. What it gets instead is John and Dave (Mayes and Williamson), a pair of college dropouts who can barely hold down jobs. Can these two stop the oncoming horror in time to save humanity? No. No, they can’t.
