Watch: UK Trailer For The MANIAC Remake

Franck Khalfoun‘s upcoming Maniac horror remake has already delivered two trailers and its entire initial six minutes, but ahead of the films UK release next month, we’ve got yet another trailer from the project.

Here’s a short and sweet trailer for the Elijah Wood-led serial killer pic which you can check out below.

The remake of the William Lustig film is opening in other territories before it hits the States from IFC, but we still have no word on a U.S. release date.

Actually, Metrodome releases Maniac in UK cinemas on March 15th, 2013, so if you live in the UK, you can catch this one.

Wood plays a professional serial killer, Frank in the movie shot in first-person and written and produced by Alexandre Aja, while Nora Arnezeder stars as Anna, a beautiful photographer terrorized by Frank.

Just when the streets seemed safe, a serial killer with a fetish for scalps is back and on the hunt. Frank is the withdrawn owner of a mannequin store, but his life changes when young artist Anna appears asking for his help with her new exhibition. As their friendship develops and Frank’s obsession escalates, it becomes clear that she has unleashed a long-repressed compulsion to stalk and kill.
