Two weeks ago we shared Cinema's annual trailer that shows two quick glimpses at Edgar Wright and Simon Pegg‘s latest film, The World's End and we've now got the first teaser trailer for the movie.
Following Shaun of the Dead and Hot Fuzz, the final part of Wright, Pegg and Nick Frost's Three Flavours Cornetto Trilogy, The World's End begins 20 years after attempting an epic pub crawl with five childhood friends reuniting when one of them becomes hell bent on trying the drinking marathon again.
A sci-fi comedy sees three more friends played by Paddy Considine, Martin Freeman and Eddie Marsan who all return to their old hometown, but when they arrive fate of the universe is at stake. The film also stars Rosamund Pike.
Directed and co-written by Wright, The World's End is targeting July 19th in the United Kingdom and August 23rd, 2013 release in the United States.
