Ninja Assassin had a lot of potential to become the dream film of many fanboys. And until those fanboys see it, it may remain so. However, I found my dream slightly shattered after witnessing the film for myself. The first area in which this film fails, and the element that works entirely to its detriment, is in story. In Berlin, Europol agent Mika Coretti has stumbled upon a money trail linking several political murders to an underground network of untraceable assassins from the Far East. Defying the orders of her superior, Ryan Maslow, Mika digs into top secret agency files to learn the truth behind the murders. Her investigation makes her a target, and the Ozunu Clan sends a team of killers, led by the lethal Takeshi, to silence her forever. Raizo saves Mika from her attackers, but he knows that the Clan will not rest until they are both eliminated.
Now, entangled in a deadly game of cat and mouse through the streets of Europe, Raizo and Mika must trust one another if they hope to survive…and finally bring down the elusive Ozunu Clan.

Raizo (Rain) is one of the world’s deadliest assassins, having been kidnapped as a child and raised by the Ozunu Clan, believed by the world to be a myth. When Raizo’s friend is executed by the clan, Raizo flees into hiding. He later reemerges, seeking revenge.
First NINJA ASSASSIN Trailer And New Poster
The first trailer for the upcoming action movie “Ninja Assassin” has debuted. The movie is directed by James McTeigue who is also directed great “V for Vendetta.” So, McTeigue re-teams with that film’s producers Larry and Andy Wachowski for this martial arts extravaganza “Ninja Assassin.” Check out the trailer below.

“Ninja Assassin” Behind-the-Scene Video
Some great footage from the set of the upcoming Wachowski brothers-produced action film “Ninja Assassin” has appeared online, showing several fight sequences, stunts and lots of ninjas.
Displaying first a distant shot of a group of ninjas running in the middle of a road with cars speeding in both of their sides, the footage let out the combat between the three ninjas. This behind-the-scene look also exposes Rain’s character covered in blood while running away from those who chase him.
