The second clip from Ridley Scott‘s highly anticipated new film Prometheus hit the airwaves during ‘The Tonight Show with Jay Leno' and can be watched using the player below.
That's right, kids. In case you missed it, we have it for ya here!
It's short, under forty seconds total, and it's not terribly revealing, and it started out in the blue lit hallway of the Prometheus. The clip features Charlize Theron as Meredith Vickers and she intercepts and asks Michael Fassbender as the robotic David 8, what ‘he' said (He=Weyland). He (David) concedes, and says that ‘he' wants them to ‘Try harder.'
By the way, Peter Weyland (Guy Pearce) is the hugely hubristic industrialist whose company sends the Prometheus off into the far reaches of space.
The epic-looking Alien quasi-prequel is directed by Scott from a screenplay by Jon Spaihts and Damon Lindelof and also stars Noomi Rapace, Idris Elba, Ben Foster, and Logan Marshall-Green, and will hit theaters on June 8th, 2012.
