Berlinale 2012 Adds More Movie Titles

We already started our little chat about the upcoming Berlin International Film Festival 2012 (aka Berlinale) and now is our turn to add ten more world premieres to our previous report! Only this time, you'll see that the full list of Berlinale competition lineup includes some well-known titles, like Angelina Jolie‘s In The Land Of Blood And Honey and Billy Bob Thornton‘s Jayne Mansfield's Car. Yeah, I know, Jolie and Bob Thornton together at Bernilale, that should be fun… While you're enjoying in our list of new titles, I will also remind you that, since 1982, great directors, actors and other outstanding film personalities of international renown have been honored by the Homage. This year, the Homage is dedicated to Oscar-winner Meryl Streep who will be awarded the Honorary Golden Bear for Lifetime Achievement at a screening of her latest work The Iron Lady at the Berlinale Palast in Berlin on February 14, 2012. At the end, let me also add that this year, Mike Leigh is presiding over the jury and in case you forgot, Berlinale opens on February 9th, with Benoit Jacquot's movie Farewell My Queen.
