Christopher Walken, Shirley MacLaine, Ashley Greene and
Adam Beach have all joined the cast of the upcoming Lian Lunson's project titled
The Boom Boom Room!
The whole thing is already being described as “a magical tale set in a desert milieu” and you must admit that with this team on board it already sounds interesting.

Lian Lunson describes the story as having “the essences of everyday life but in a fairy tale landscape, but thanks to the guys from the Playlist, we have more details about the whole thing, so check it out:
“In the California desert, in a mystical and magical town, live the once great Vaudeville stars, Dixie Meade and Jimmy Riggs (Walken and MacLaine). They have long awaited the return of the baby girl they were forced to give up to find her way back to them. One day, Adeline Winter (Ashley Greene), a mysterious and beautiful girl, appears.
She is not the girl for whom they were waiting, but their lives and hers will be inexorably intertwined and changed forever. Gold dust, Dancing Girls, and Long-haired Indians will all collide with this family in search of redemption, salvation and each other. A fairytale world provides the landscape and The Boom Boom Room with a heartbeat. A story of miracles, love and the belief in all that is good gives hope to all who journey into this magical world of wonderment.”
Bono and
Wim Wenders will serve as executive producers while Lunson and Aaron Lubin will produce.
Filming of
Boom Boom Room is scheduled to take place this summer in New Mexico.

Gee, I was hoping Adam Beach would do stand-up in this movie! Boom Boom Room makes me think he does one-liners with a drummer providing accents- bada boom!
