Hey folks, check out a brand new poster for Sony Pictures Animation's upcoming Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs 2, which is set to hit theaters next month! As you already see, this new pic is all about Officer Earl Devereaux, played (or, if you prefer – voiced) by Terry Crews. The town's athletic cop is here to remind you that you should always run for your chives, or something like that…

As usual, we will once again remind you that Cody Cameron and Kris Pearn stand behind the sequel to the 2009 film Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs, which continues the adventures of Flint and his friends.
This time, they are forced to leave their home town, but when the food machine awakens (this time producing living food beasts), they must return to save the world.

Inventor Flint Lockwood thought he saved the world when he destroyed his most infamous invention — a machine that turned water into food causing cheeseburger rain and spaghetti tornadoes. But Flint soon learns that his invention survived and is now creating food-animals – “foodimals!” Flint and his friends embark on a dangerously delicious mission to battle hungry tacodiles, shrimpanzees, hippotatomuses, cheespiders and other foodimals to save the world – again!
