Comedy thriller Murder Mystery is the follow-up to director John Madden's international hit The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel with Charlize Theron coming aboard to star.
The latest additions to the comedy whodunit are Colin Firth and Emily Blunt, who star in Dante Ariola's rom-com Arthur Newman, opening today as well as comedy champ Adam Sandler.
Penned by James Vanderbilt (The Amazing Spider-Man) the film will shoot for 25 days in Western Germany's North Rhine-Westphalia region.
The Agatha Christie-esque caper follows an American couple in Europe who witness a murder, only to find themselves accused of murder, and are drawn into a web of international intrigue.
The film was previously attached to director Kevin Macdonald (State of Play).
Theron will also produce Murder Mystery through her Denver and Delilah Productions banner.
Blunt, Firth, and Theron will bring the goods, so maybe Sandler will fit right in instead of just making funny faces.
