Will Ferrell’s looking ready to reteam with Vince Vaughn and Owen Wilson in New Regency and Twentieth Century Fox comedy The Internship.
Trio of thesps previously worked on the outrageous comedy Wedding Crashers.
Ferrell has agreed to cameo in the comedy as Wilson’s brother-in-law, an electronics salesman who can’t resist hitting on his customers.
As you might remember Vaughn and Wilson play ‘old-school salesmen who, finding themselves suddenly unemployed and passed-by in the digital world, try to reinvent themselves by becoming interns at a major tech company.’
The film will be directed by Shawn Levy, best known for Night at the Museum and last year’s Real Steel.
The Internship co-stars Rose Byrne, Max Minghella, and John Goodman alongside Dylan O’Brien, JoAnna Garcia, Eric Andre, Josh Brener, Tiya Sircar, Aasif Mandvi and Tobit Raphael; Josh Gad recently joined the cast as well.
Ferrell will next be seen in the upcoming political comedy The Campaign opposite Zach Galifianakis, which Warner Bros. opens August 10th, 2012.
Comedian has also Anchorman 2 set to happen, which will possibly include an appearance by Vaughn, who played in the original.
