First Official Photo From HAUNTING IN CONNECTICUT 2: GHOSTS OF GEORGIA!

The Haunting in Connecticut 2: Ghosts of Georgia – is this a sequel, or not a sequel, or just a film that serves as a sister film to The Haunting In Connecticut – who cares, really? A few weeks ago we shared the first trailer for the whole thing, and today we have the first official image which gives us a better look at Chad Michael Murray and young Emily Alyn Lind. Written by David Coggeshall, and directed by Tom Elkins, the movie centers on a newly moved Georgia couple and their daughter, who begins to see spooky strangers that are visible only to her.

Beside Emily Alyn Lind and Chad Michael Murray, The Haunting in Connecticut 2: Ghosts of Georgia also stars Abigail Spencer, Katee Sackhoff and Cicely Tyson, and, as we previously reported – the movie is set to open on February 1st, 2013.

When Andy Wyrick moves his wife Lisa and daughter Heidi to an historic home in Georgia, they quickly discover they are not the house’s only inhabitants. Joined by Lisa’s free-spirited sister, Joyce, the family soon comes face-to-face with a bone-chilling mystery born of a deranged desire… a haunting secret rising from underground and threatening to bring down anyone in its path.
