“Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga” is set to release on May 24, 2024, with Anya Taylor-Joy playing a younger version of Furiosa, originally portrayed by Charlize Theron in “Mad Max: Fury Road”.
The film is a prequel to the 2015 hit and features Chris Hemsworth as Warlord Dementus. The story follows Furiosa as she is taken by a biker horde and must navigate the Citadel ruled by Immortan Joe.
The film also stars Tom Burke, Alyla Browne, Quaden Bayles, Daniel Webber, and Lachy Hulme. Nathan Jones and Angus Sampson reprise their roles from “Mad Max: Fury Road”.
