Kevin Costner is in some serious talks to join the upcoming thriller titled Midnight Delivery. But, probably the most important thing about this project is that it’s based on an original idea by Guillermo del Toro, who is also on board to produce the pic for Universal. Written by del Toro and Neil Cross, the movie revolves around a father who attempts to save his estranged daughter from a Colombian gang by trafficking cocaine to London on a midnight flight.
As you already guess – Man of Steel star should come on board to play the above mentioned father, and… well, that’s unfortunately all we know about the movie at this moment.
We could also add that Gary Ungar and Tory Metzger will serve as executive producers, while Russell Ackerman will co-executive produce Midnight Delivery, which is eyeing a fall shoot.
