New “New Moon” rumor, according to Oh No They Didn't, which cited “Ryan on E! News,” is that Madonna might be somehow involved in the upcoming sequel of “Twilight.”
The site stated that it wasn't sure if Madonna would appear in the film as an actress or if she would do a song on the soundtrack, but it's most likely she'll both appear in the film and do the soundtrack.
Chris Weitz will direct “Twilight” sequel, “New Moon” from the script by Melissa Rosenberg (“Twilight” screenwriter) which stars Robert Pattison, Kristen Stewart and Madonna, maybe?

Madonna's manager, Guy Oseary, is a producer on the project “New Moon” so there's a rumor!
Summit Entertainment are said to have no plan in casting Madonna in “New Moon,” but she might – might just possibly – contribute to the sequel's soundtrack.
Still, it should be noted that no deals have been made.
I think that Madonna would make a great vampire – she’s pale, dramatic, has an almost ageless look, and is beyond beautiful. I love her music, and I agree with the EverHype (www.everhype.com/?utm_source=bc) review that gave Miles Away 5 stars and called it “Perfect,” but I don’t think her music would be a good fit.
One of best thing of twilight for me was to meet the cast, all new good actors. NEW THING!

No. I agree with the past poster, that Madge could contribute some good music, but with NEW actors and actresses, I believe it’s Their turn to prove themselves on screen and not the veteran actors. The movie was made famous by the characters that have not had many movies behind them to give them credit and experience like Madonna has over the last 20 years. Even with Dakota, it’s just not going to be the same.
I would love to hear something new that Madge plans on making for New Moon or any of the newer releases of the saga, but Please! No screen time. That would be best!

Wow. For all those people who probably have never seen the movie [New Moon], Madonna is NOT starring as one of the characters. Eclipse just came out, by the way, (if anyone was that late). Dakota Fanning is great and all, but I really wish she wasnt one of the actresses. It was enough with Dakota being there; we didn’t need Madonna. I’m glad she didn’t star. I mean, I don’t hate her, it’s just that with her being in the movie–u get my point.
