It's getting hot in here so take off all your clothes…It could be summer, but not for Marvel Studios. They're working hard, and we're here to give you the proof!
We have some cool titles and teaser posters for Marvel's Thor and Captain America sequels, and much more straight from Studio's 2012 Comic Con panel. Make sure you check out the rest of this report, because Phase Two Begins Right Now!
So, first of all, thanks to producer Kevin Feige, we now have the full titles of the sequels to Thor and Captain America.
The sequel to Thor, which will be directed by Alan Taylor, has been given the title Thor: The Dark World, while the sequel to Captain America will be directed by Anthony and Joe Russo, and is now titled Captain America: Winter Soldier.
In addition to this news, let us also remind you that Thor: The Dark World is currently set to hit the theaters on November 8th, 2013, while Captain America: Winter Soldier will open on April 4th, 2014.
But, that's not all from Marvel. The Studio also confirmed rumors for their Guardians of the Galaxy project, which is now set to open on August 1st, 2014. In addition to the release date, the concept art for this movie shows a team based on Marvel's latest version of its team of space heroes which includes Star-Lord, Rocket Raccoon, Groot, Gamora and Drax.
And, at the end of this report, two little updates!
In case you're still interested in Edgar Wright‘s Ant-Man project, let us also report that this one was also officially announced at Comic Con. Still in the development, but at least something's going on with that one.
On the other hand, Feige also revealed that they're halfway through with Iron Man 3, which is this time directed by Shane Black.
