‘MaXXXine’ Trailer: Mia Goth Shines in Ti West’s 80s Horror Finale

For horror fans, the arrival of “MaXXXine” marks an eagerly awaited conclusion to Ti West's gripping trilogy that began with “X” and its prequel “Pearl.” With the release date set for July 5, 2024, this final chapter promises to bring the saga full circle, catapulting audiences into the vibrant yet perilous world of 1980s Hollywood​.

Mia Goth reprises her role as Maxine Minx, the sole survivor of the grisly events in “X.” Now set in 1985, Maxine is determined to leave her past behind and pursue her dream of mainstream stardom. However, the path to fame is fraught with danger, as a new killer emerges in the form of the infamous Night Stalker, Richard Ramirez.)​.

The trailer teases a visually stunning homage to the era, with director Ti West channeling the stylistic influences of Brian De Palma and Dario Argento.
