We have a completely new image from the upcoming
Moonrise Kingdom movie, which opens this May.
You can easily consider this to be a poster, or whatever, the only thing that matters is that this really looks great.
I mean – if you ask me,
Bruce Willis and
Edward Norton never looked better!
As you already know, Moonrise Kingdom comes from director
Wes Anderson and has definitely great cast on board. Beside Willis and Norton, it stars
Bill Murray, Frances McDormand, Tilda Swinton, Jason Schwartzman, Bob Balaban, Jared Gilman and
Kara Hayward.
Written by Anderson and
Roman Coppola, the movie is set on an island off the coast of New England in the summer of 1965, and tells the story of two 12-year-olds who fall in love, make a secret pact, and run away together into the wilderness. As various authorities try to hunt them down, a violent storm is brewing off-shore – and the peaceful island community is turned upside down in every which way.
Moonrise Kingdom will premiere at Cannes soon and then it will open in limited release on May 25th, 2012.
