Watch: New Action-Packed TV Spot For R.I.P.D. (Opening This Month)
That awkward moment when Marisa Miller runs into a bus – that’s probably the best description of a brand new 30-second video for the upcoming R.I.P.D. movie. As you already know (and see from our title), this supernatural thriller is set to open in two weeks, it has a pretty cool cast on board and… well, head inside to check out the latest action-packed TV spot!

Robert Schwentke directed the pic from a script written by Phil Hay and Matt Manfredi, which revolves around two cops dispatched by the otherworldly Rest In Peace Department to protect and serve the living from an increasingly destructive array of souls who refuse to move peacefully to the other side.
The film stars Ryan Reynolds and Jeff Bridges as Nick Walker and Roy Pulsipher, respectively, and in case you forgot the official plot:
Pulsifer has spent his career with the legendary police force known as R.I.P.D. tracking monstrous spirits who are cleverly disguised as ordinary people. Once the wise-cracking Roy is assigned former rising-star detective Nick as his junior officer, the new partners have to turn grudging respect into top-notch teamwork. When they uncover a plot that could end life as we know it, two of R.I.P.D.’s finest must miraculously restore the cosmic balance…or watch the tunnel to the afterlife begin sending angry souls the very wrong way.Beside Reynolds and Bridges, the rest of R.I.P.D. cast also includes Kevin Bacon, Mary-Louise Parker, Stephanie Szostak, Robert Knepper, Mike O’Malley and Devin Ratray, and the movie is set to hit theaters on July 19th, 2013.
