The young French comic,
Omar Sy who had his first big film role in 2011
Intouchables (playing a street smart ex-con caretaker of a handicap millionaire) was recently added to the cast of the upcoming
X-Men: Days of Future Past.
Director
Bryan Singer continues to promote the sequel to
X-Men: First Class via his Twitter account as he announced the news of Sy's casting, but he also forgot to mention which character the actor would be playing.

Many are already speculating that Sy would be perfect for the role of the mutant Bishop who in the comic books came from the future. Bishop didn't appear in ‘Uncanny X-Men' for about ten years after the publication of ‘Days of Future Past.'
Sy joined an already bumper list of stars which combines original X-Men character with First Class characters, including
Hugh Jackman, Ian McKellen, Patrick Stewart, James McAvoy, Michael Fassbender, Nicholas Hoult, Anna Paquin, Ellen Page, Shawn Ashmore and
Peter Dinklage (in a role still being kept under wraps).
Based on a two-issue story arc from the X-Men comics published back in 1981 the film deals with the original series stars as older versions of their characters in a dystopian future in which mutants are hunted down.
Nothing concrete about
Halle Berry yet, except Berry recently suggested she'd be returning for Days of Future Past.
X-Men: Days of Future Past is eyeing an April start date and will hit theaters on July 18th, 2014.
