Mark this as a top-secret, but Penelope Cruz is set to reteam with Woody Allen.
Ok, we all know she won an Oscar for her part in Allen's 2008 film Vicky Cristina Barcelona, but we hate the fact that we still have nothing interesting to share with you, except that she told EntertainmentWeekly she will appear in Allen's next film.
Here's what she revealed: “I know [what I'm doing next], but the thing is that I have to ask the director what I can say and what I cannot say. Because he's very secretive. It's… it's a movie with Woody Allen. But I really cannot say anything about the story or the characters.” Yeah, well, thanks for nothing Penelope!
Still, let us remind you that Woody recently announced that he planned to make his next movie in Rome. Why? Well, he has declared New York City, the site of a majority of his most famous films, as now too expensive to shoot films in.
His new film Midnight In Paris which stars Rachel McAdams, Marion Cotillard, Michael Sheen and Owen Wilson, will open on May 20, while Cruz will next be seen in the newest Pirates of the Caribbean film, where she co-stars alongside Johnny Depp.
