Well here's one project that I'm actually interested in. Maleficent is one of my favorite characters and I'm really glad that Walt Disney Pictures has finally found the director for the whole thing!
No, Tim Burton has nothing to do with this project anymore, because Robert Stromberg will be in charge!
In case you're not so familiar with Stromberg's work (which I doubt) I will inform you that he is quite successful guy!
First of all, He won Oscars for Art Direction for Avatar and Alice in Wonderland and was nominated for visual effects for Master and Commander: The Far Side of the World. Enough?
Ok then, at the end I will also remind you that Angelina Jolie is still attached to star as Maleficent, and now, with Stromberg on board we definitely expect to hear more details about the whole thing as soon as possible.
