STAR TREK INTO DARKNESS Reveals A Brand New TV Spot!

3, 2, 1 – and here we go, a brand new TV spot for the upcoming Star Trek Into Darkness! This short video is still fresh, it aired during last night’s season finale of The Walking Dead, and as you’re about to see – it promises a lot of action! Just for the record, we also have a little promise from John Harrison who says: I will have my vengeance! Benedict Cumberbatch – man, you just have to love this guy!

Anyway, let us once again remind you that director J.J. Abrams stands behind this explosive action thriller, which, beside Cumberbatch, also stars Chris Pine, Zachary Quinto, Zoe Saldana, Karl Urban, John Cho, Bruce Greenwood, Alice Eve and more great names.

It revolves around Captain Kirk and his crew who are propelled into an epic chess game of life and death, or, if you prefer the official synopsis:

In the wake of a shocking act of terror from within their own organization, the crew of The Enterprise is called back home to Earth. In defiance of regulations and with a personal score to settle, Captain Kirk leads his crew on a manhunt to capture an unstoppable force of destruction and bring those responsible to justice. As our heroes are propelled into an epic chess game of life and death, love will be challenged, friendships will be torn apart, and sacrifices must be made for the only family Kirk has left: his crew.

Star Trek Into Darkness is set to open on May 15th, 2013.
