Terrence Howard, Dawn Olivieri Eye BREACHER Opposite Arnold Schwarzenegger
Previously going under Ten, now titled Breacher, David Ayer's upcoming action thriller starring Arnold Schwarzenegger, added Sam Worthington a couple of days ago, and the film's cast now includes Terrence Howard and Dawn Olivieri.
The movie scripted by Swordfish writer Skip Woods is generally influenced by Agatha Christie's ‘Ten Little Indians' story and finds a squad of 10 DEA agents who use a raid on a drug cartel's safe house as a cover to steal millions from the criminals. They think they managed to get away with it, until someone (one of their own?) begins killing them off one by one.
Howard (Crash, Iron Man) and Olivieri (Heroes, House of Lies) will be two of Schwarzenegger and Worthington's fellow DEA agents, who are hiding a passionate affair from the rest of their squad and decide to try to steal the heisted cash for themselves.
Howard was last seen in Red Tails and is currently shooting The Butler; Olivieri is part of the ensemble of Showtime's House of Lies and also appeared on The Vampire Diaries.
As for Woods, he put the finishing touches on his screenplay for Die Hard 5 and is also contributed to the script for yet another Schwarzenegger vehicle Unknown Soldier.
Ayer, who scripted Training Day and has End of Watch coming up this September, is looking at getting started shooting Breacher this October in Atlanta.
