The first trailer for The Perks of Being a Wallflower has gone online.
Based on the seminal awkward kid novel by Stephen Chbosky, who also wrote and directed the big-screen adaptation,the film follows a group of misfit students — Logan Lerman, Ezra Miller (“We Need To Talk About Kevin”) and Emma Watson — as they begin to find their place in the high-school stratosphere.
Additional cast include Dylan McDermott, Erin Wilhelmi, Johnny Simmons, Julia Garner, Kate Walsh, Mae Whitman, Melanie Lynskey, Nicholas Braun, Nina Dobrev, Paul Rudd, Reece Thompson, and Zane Holtz
The Perks of Being a Wallflower is set to hit theaters September 21st, 2012.
