TRANSFORMERS 4 New Placeholder Logo and Plot Details Revealed
The fourth installment of the Autobots war film franchise, Transformers might feature an all new cast of the robot characters, which director Michael Bay predicted while doing an interview with Hero Complex three months ago.
We also already learned that none of the original cast of the Transformers series will return for Transformers 4, but Hasbro President and Chief executive officer Brian Goldner confirmed that during a recent UBS Best of Americas 2012 Conference.
The main reason is that Transformers: Dark of the Moon didn’t meet expectations and generate many toy sales for the company.
Goldner explained:
This is why ‘Transformers 4’ will have a new cast of [robot] characters and it will be a story revolving around these new characters.The fourth adventure is being penned by Ehren Kruger with Bay back to helm and may take the story into outer space. Transformers 4 is scheduled for release on June 27th, 2014. Stay tuned.
