We finally have a red band trailer for the upcoming action comedy
The Heat, which comes from
Bridesmaids director
Paul Feig, and is set to open this April. Man, one thing is for sure – there's going to be a lot of action, thanks to the weird leading duo – FBI special agent
Sandra Bullock and Boston cop
Melissa McCarthy. Check them out in the rest of this report!

Feig directs the whole thing from a script written by
Katie Dippold, which centers on the FBI special agent who is paired with
testy Boston cop in order to take down a ruthless drug lord.
Beside Bullock and McCarthy,
The Heat also stars
Demián Bichir,
Marlon Wayans,
Michael Rapaport and
Tony Hale, and the movie is set to open on June 28th, 2013.

An uptight and straight-laced FBI Special Agent Sarah Ashburn is a methodical investigator with a reputation for excellence-and hyper-arrogance. Shannon Mullins, one of Boston P.D.'s “finest,” is foul-mouthed and has a very short fuse, and uses her gut instinct and street smarts to catch the most elusive criminals. Neither has ever had a partner, or a friend for that matter. When these two wildly incompatible law officers join forces to bring down a ruthless drug lord, they become the last thing anyone expected: buddies.
