Woody Harrelson Joins Seven Psychopaths

Woody Harrelson Seven Psychopaths is getting bigger. Martin McDonagh‘s movie already began production this week in Los Angeles and now we have a little casting update which definitely looks interesting. According to the latest reports Woody Harrelson, Tom Waits and Olga Kurylenko have joined the cast which already includes Colin Farrell, Sam Rockwell and Christopher Walken. Looks huge, indeed. The synopsis part also promises a lot of fun. We have Colin Farrell on board to play Marty, a struggling writer who dreams of finishing his screenplay Seven Psychopaths. All he needs is a little focus and inspiration. That’s where Sam Rockwell, who plays Billy – Marty’s best friend – an unemployed actor and part time dog thief – comes in, in order to help Marty by any means necessary. On the other hand, we have Christopher Walken as Hans, Billy’s partner in crime. A religious man with a violent past. Charlie is the psychopathetic gangster whose beloved dog, Billy and Hans have just stolen. Charlie’s unpredictable, extremely violent and wouldn’t think twice about killing anyone or anything associated with the theft. Marty is going to get all the focus and inspiration he needs, just as long as he lives to tell the tale. And, as you already guess, Harrelson will take on the role of the gangster Charlie. As for Waits and Kurylenko, still no details about their characters. And, in case you forgot, Mickey Rourke had been in negotiations for that gangster-role, but guess this means he’s now definitely out of Seven Psychopaths. So, anyone excited about this project?
