Channing Tatum in The Son of No One

This week is full of some good trailers, I’m sure you all agree with that?

One of the movies that I’m interested in is The Son of No One, simply because it’s one of those projects where you have a chance to see Channing Tatum trying to act cool while Al Pacino just mumbles something and we’re all like – oh, look, Pacino is in this movie, I can’t wait to see it!

Still, I think we should give Tatum a chance. After all, he’s playing a young cop here, we should all support him.

The Son of No One follows two friends (Tatum and Tracy Morgan) forced to face the consequences of a murder they committed – and got away with – 16 years earlier.

Tatum’s character Jonathan ‘Milk’ White has gone on to a successful career with the police force and has a happy home life with his wife (Katie Holmes) and child.

Morgan’s character Vinnie has kind of gone the other way. When Milk is assigned to the precinct where he grew up, his decade-and-a-half-old secret threatens to tear apart his life and his family.

So, this really sounds good, and I guess the whole thing sounds even better when we have the cop drama with great Al Pacino, Ray Liotta and Juliette Binoche as well. And, as you see in this trailer, they make one hell of the team. Or, whatever.

Fighting helmer Dito Montiel is behind the camera and the film’s based on Montiel’s book of the same name.

The Son of No One will open on .
